Michael Ledgett has been appointed to the board of directors of the Canadian Council for Public-Private Partnerships (CCPPP).

Michael has practised law in Ontario for more than forty years. As co-chair of the National P3/Infrastructure Group at Dentons, he advises governments and their agencies, as well as private sector developers, operators, lenders and investors on P3 projects in Canada and abroad. He is also the co-chair of the National Transportation Group, honorary counsel to the Ontario Public Transit Association and honorary counsel to the Canadian Urban Transit Research and Innovation Consortium.

Michael joins a group of esteemed senior representatives from business and government from across Canada who form the board. Together, they are responsible for overseeing the Council’s overall direction.

“We are delighted to have Michael join our board of directors,” said CCPPP president and CEO Mark Romoff. “His experience, coupled with a deep understanding of the issues in our industry, will be invaluable to the council and its members.”

“I’m pleased to join such an important organization in this key role,” Ledgett said. “I look forward to working with the team on the issues that impact the P3 industry.”
